Comments:
1 mile warm up, A1 Workout, 1.5 mile cooldown. awful workout. the morning run ended up not helping like i thought it would. i wanted to get moving at some point in between the two workouts, as that has worked in the past. i was just beat from the workout yesterday, i think. plus it was pretty hot out, too. i need a day off as well, soon. friday can't come soon enough. the doubling will continue because i'm doing it more now for the enjoyment in the morning than i am for the mileage, though.
