Comments:
Ran 7 miles at Roberts Wesleyan. After a warm-up, I ran 4 x 1 mile at tempo pace with a half mile jog after each one. I ran on the XC trails and on campus. My times were 6:30, 6:45, 6:40, 6:50. My legs felt "heavy". Decent run.
