Comments:
Sleep in, just chillin today after a few hectic weeks and weekends. Just doing some work here and there. It was beautiful and sunny today, but I waited until the later afternoon to run since it was still hot out. Even then it wasnt late enough. Thought I would try to brave the sun out on the route and it was pretty tough, definitely took it slower but still felt strong. Near the end coming back downhill started to feel a little heavy and my stomach was acting up. This was definitely one of the hotter days and it would have been tough to get in a faster pace.

Essentials: Stretch, stick roll

Felt drained when I got back, actually stretched inside since it was cooler. Took me awhile to get up finish up though. The sun really drained me on this run. Got the good mileage though.
