Comments:
12 hour relay, a fun evening with the boys and girls XC teams. Everyone ran 11 miles during the 12 hour period, keeping a very good pace. 4 ten person teams, who would run 1 mile each and then pass the baton to their teammate and so on down the line. a tough workout, but a very good one at that.
