Weather: cool and pleasant

Comments:
Struggled through this one. Much harder and slower than similar distance last Saturday. Some possible reasons: didn't eat much last night. Took only water and no gatorade (2 of each last week). Really wanted to throw in the towel from miles 7 to 11. Got a bit of a pick-up from 11 to 13.5. Took Gel at 40 min and 1:20. Much slower on the back half than on the front. Started out fast and had a lot of tightness/strain in right calf. Stopped to stretch some. Walked some small stretches on the back half. A welcome step-back week coming up. Man this was a long time to be on the road.
