Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
5x1000/90secs jog then 5x200/30secs. Times 2:56 to start dropping to 2:53 then 30-31 for 200s. Felt OK but not great. Still carrying bit of fatigue but tried to run controlled and overall session decent. 200s horrible - tough to run fast esp with hams and back feeling like they do.
