post tri workout

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
short run and finish with short bike. lifted bi's and tri's with some abs. didnt feel to strong, it probly had something to do with the ferocious waves during the tri swim. 1/2 of the athletes backed out of the swim and 4 were pulled out by life guards and take away, thank god for no serious injuries
