Comments:
Temperatures between 25 and 30 degrees with a strong north wind, which created wind chills around 10 above. Oh and I finished right around noon on a day almost in April. First 6 were done in 45:51. Then I slowed it down to 8:10 and 7:57, feeling much better when I did. My left hip was extremely sore for the first 3 miles, but then the pain alleviated. 24 more hours of winter left by a look of the weather forecast.
