Down to MLK for my first Tempo of this training. Just wanted a diagnostic really to see where I am at, so I planned on 4 @ 6:00/mi. Also, Abby biked with me which was a nice bonus.

Felt pretty good. HR @ 172 at the end, but for my pace, I'm ok with that. Beautiful evening outside too.
