9 minute warm up
25:30 minute tempo run with Christine (who is training for a marathon in a couple of weeks) Our goal was to do 8 minute pace but she said we were doing 7:40 most of the time (definetly for the first have at LEAST) then I walked for about 5 minutes and then ran again for 15 minutes slow. then stopped and walked and then stretched. Then I ran the rest of the way home (19 more minutes) most of the run was flat.
