Comments:
After a long day of summer school and shoveling rocks at a friend's house near his pool, I ran a mini-speed workout at night. Ran to the Gates Chili track and back doing some loops through the neighborhood. 1 mile warm up, 10 minutes alternating easy/hard, jog a lap, 1 mile "hard" (5:51 - 45, 45, 44, 44, 44, 44, 43, 42), jog a lap, 10 minutes alternating easy/hard, 1 mile cool down. Love running at night in the dark!
