Comments:
A very pleasantly sunny but also warm afternoon.
Down to MLK for a tempo. The plan was to go goal half pace for 4 miles. Ended up doing just that. Didn't feel very relaxed and was definitely challenging but we'll get there. HR was 172 at the end.
