Weather: 60-67 degrees, calm, partly cloudy, beautiful! 7-9am
Comments:
Easy breathing the whole time, legs a bit stiff (likely from the workout 2 days ago) but still knocked off a few 6minute miles in the middle. Felt good overall until I hit the Minnesota hill.. Took all of my remaining energy. Solid run and solid week!
