Comments:
1 mile warm up to mlk....4 mile tempo in 25:00= 6:15 pace , this was suprisingly a good workout for me,i felt really stiff before from the hills on monday. i felt fine for the first 3 and kept pace for the 4th....ran with drew, steve, berger, and brett(just us for the last one)....my longest tempo to date, also at my fastest pace, improving!!
1 mile to the track, skipped the 300's due to hip and butt sorness from hills, 1 mile cooldown back to veale
