Helped at the Bergen 5K in the morning. Fast runners are FIT. I ran a workout in the afternoon at Gates-Chili. After a 1.5 mile warm-up, I ran 1600-1200-800-400 on the track with a 400 meter jog in-between and some strides. My goal pace was just under 6:00/mile pace. Felt good. My times were 5:56 (45-45-45-45-44-44-44-44), 4:26 (45-45-45-45-43-43), 2:56 (45-45-43-43) and 1:26 (43, 43). Nice little pace workout.
