Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Tempo run during the Berlin Pond 5 miler in Berlin, VT.
Felt pretty dead. Went out a bit hard (5:40). 0.5-2 miles were very hilly so the second mile was 6 flat. Third mile was flat and downhill so I ran another 5:40. Ended up running 5:50-6 flat for the last two miles. A little uneven pacing but a good workout nonetheless.
