Sleep: 5 hr. Up early to get a run in before meeting a friend for breakfast at Snooze, woke up a few minutes before the alarm to use the bathroom, bathroom stop on the way out helped settle the stomach, slower than expected on the way out, about a 90 second negative split on the way back, stretch.
