3 miles warm up, 2 miles cool down.
Awesome workout! Nice progression, stayed relaxed, legs felt great. My legs were feeling fatigued from the long run before the workout started, but they definitely warmed up. Started feeling really good on about #5 and kept it up to the end. This is more of how I wanted the long run to go, so I'm super happy with it.
