Hills!

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Roughly a 3 mile warm-up and then 6 x 400ish on Mayfield Hill. Recovered into the Cemetery and then did 2 x 2 minute intervals with equal recovery. Felt good. Good workout. Could have pushed some of the hills a bit harder but was definitely working hard on them. 1st week of hills felt successful.

Cool-down up to Cov and then down overlook. Fantastic Friday night workout.
