Comments:
Came back home after lunch. Didnt know if the Germans were bored at home so I went to check on them, but they werent there. I just hit the books and cranked out a good portion of the revision letter, but after several hours I felt legit sick. Needed to get outside. Needed to be out in the sun in the breeze in the field! Still starting out felt like complete shit and felt so slow. I stayed slow too. Legs still heavy from yesterday. Anyways being out in the field was the best refresher I could ask for. Brought me back to what its like at the farm, reminded me its preseason time (oh shit today was the first day of CWRU classes!?! Git sum). Came back just as slow on the way home. But you just got to put in the miles when you can.
Essentials: Stretch
Tired and hungry when I got back, drined from bing in the sun too. I took some snacks and stretched outside, but I felt sore. Not as sore as yesterday but not fresh. Could go for some stick roller later in the evening and week. Abs kinda sore from abs a few days ago too, which is good.
