Down to MLK for a tempo. This week the plan was to increase to 6 maintaining goal pace.

Also, realized before I got down there it is a tempo Monday. Nice to see CWRU getting some good training in and Coaches Lanese & Kelly doing some great work.

Pace fairly even, felt like I was a bit too fast in the middle then slowed a bit. Didn't see the mark for three so went further a tad than planned. Felt great though. HR 160s mid at finish. Also, fantastic weather.

Stretch, roll, slightly extended cool down.
