Zoe and I met at 7 to do the workout because we had Link Leader training all day. I was fairly challenged by this workout so I know Plantations is going to kill me. Zoe and I stayed together for the majority of the time, but she usually finished a few strides ahead of me. I wish I could've run with Grace and Charlotte, but I guess there are plenty of other workouts for that.
I liked the Link Leader training. I saw some of my friends and I was also introduced to many people. I couldn't go home in between the freshmen orientation and the training so I went to gimmie coffee and then the girls tennis match. I ate a ton of cookies and brownies at the orientation because I didn't pack dinner. They were really good, but I feel disgusting now. I saw a bunch of xc boys at the orientation and I met a girl who said she was interested in trying out triple jump this track season.
I'm kinda tired now. Tomorrow I'm going to get up earlier than usual so I can do the 6 mile run from my house before going down to training. I know I didn't have to log all the reps but I just felt like it okay.
