Comments:
Morning tempo on the bike path. 2.5 mile warmup, tempo, cooldown. Tempo felt comfortable but tiring. I went out in 6:00 and then ran 5:50's for the next few. Dropped the pace down to somewhere in the 5:40's. The GPS is only somewhat accurate so the mile splits were actually slower than listed.
