10am at the track with coach sylvester 5 mile repeats 1:15ish rest inbetween(1 minute at the start and slowly worked to 1:30 at the end)....me, jeff and berger were together for most of the workout, my splits were 6:01, 6:05, 6:03, 6:20, 6:32....as evident i really started struggling towards the end of the workout, felt tired because it was the morning, got my milage in for the week though and was working pretty hard
