Comments:
Bussed to the LMS. Got to run in and say hi to Aicha for 2 minutes while people got water! Ran to the island. Run felt decent, but I decided not to overdo it and play foxes and hounds. Kinda sad, but Laila and I did strength and saw cute dogs and then Cori and Seamus came (!) which made my day like super great!!! I got to play catch with Seamus! (And chat with Cori :) )
Strength: Planks (:45), PLL (8), Clams (25 per), Single leg dips (15 per), and something else that I can't remember.
