Weather: Humid, heat is back (mid-80s)
Comments:
Broken up threshold tempo- 20min (2min rest), 10min (2min rest), 5min (3min rest), 6x30sec @mile RP. 3.5 mile warmup, 3ish mile cool down.
Solid tempo for not feeling so great (cramps, legs not popping)! Stayed with Josh the whole time, felt the best on the 5min rep.
Lots of slow jogging in between... Not counting the warmup, we went out and back on the tempo trail (2.5 miles) twice.
Good start for the week to get to 90.
