Comments:
Ohh such another productive day just getting in and getting it done. Planned on running on campus and getting to the gym today. Cooling but hella humid in the late afternoon. Felt nice in the breeze. The course looks all good to go for Saturday. I was struggling up the hills, but I kept at it. Was drenched in sweat halfway through and then really started to feel kinda burnt. Came back through campus nice and easy and finished at the Rec center. Not as crowded as I was expecting. Got some water then shook it out on the track. Its been a while since I took a spin around it and it did not miss it at all.
Essentials: Stretch, roll, L7
Full stretch session after I got a space. It was gross tho I was sweat logged and drippin all over the place. Felt good to really focus on stretching a for a while. Legs feelin it over all. L7 and roll helped a lot too. Jogged back to the parking lot nice and easy. Glad I took the time to fit it in feeling refreshed, legs feeling good. They wanted to run real bad.
