Comments:
O.K., this week it is the left achilles that is bad. This one is worse than last weeks. I can feel a bump on it and it is way more sore than the right one was last week. I should have cut the run short, but it wasn't really hurting until around 10 miles, so it was kind of too late. It hurt so much that I had to stop and walk a few times. I only hope that it recovers quickly so that I don't lose my fitness that I've worked so hard to get. Frustrating.
