Comments:
Over to Mayfield Hill for two repeats and then to the track for 3 x miles with the goal of feeling goal pace. Times were 5:42, 5:40, and 5:37. Calfs a bit sore, legs felt ok, aerobically very good.
Cool down and stretch + roll.
