Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I just had a really bad day and the run was no better. I'm in such a bad running rut. I'm racing tomorrow. Hoping that it jogs (haha) my memory of how I actually enjoy running. Not feeling too positive about it though.
Strength: Crunch Progression (30 seconds), Pushups (2*10)--I'm really sore from all the strength yesterday.
