Comments:
Got in a solid run today. Its been a week or so since I ran, so starting out was tough and creaky. I had to get rolling quick and get into it. Felt good though nice weather overall. Finally felt comfortable and got into a rhythm. There was a lot going on behind the school, looked like after school programs and a frisbee tournament. Then on the hill back up tried to stay strong and consistent. Went pretty well. Glad I got my legs moving today.

Essentials: Stretch

Just a stretch outside its gonna take a while to get them sharp again. Didnt feel out of shape, but also didnt feel very strong today. Hope I can sustain some consistency before the race next weekend.
