Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Into Conte most of the day doin work. I wan to efficiently plan out upcoming experiments, and unfortunately it looks like it might require late nights. Anyways I was very adamant that I needed a run today so I got out there finally. Felt good, and since its been a while since my legs got rolling I felt like I had to constantly push myself so I kept up the pace, even up the hills. Because of that, I felt pretty gassed on the way back so I bet I slowed down. My watch restarted a few times on the run. Batteries must be old. Not totally sure of the time though so I had to estimate a little bit. Pretty sure I have replaced it before so I need to investigate that.
Essentials: Stretch
Easy stretch outside, not too extensive. Probably need more legs feel tight now. So satisfied now with that run. Honestly at this point Ill be pretty content with 3 runs a week. Decent goal to shoot for with the advance of the colder weather. At least its enough to maintain the balance and keep me in shape.
