Comments:
Long run with a few progressions. Nooski loop from the house. Started off very slow and worked into it. Started progressing at around 8 miles. Ran approximately 640, 634, 620, 552. Slowed down. Then picked it up again the last three miles: 640, 630, 618. Solid long run
