Paul Z. joined me about 25 minutes in and Matt K. joined about 40 minutes in, 30 min HR 140-150(avg HR 144), 5*6 min interval increasing HR by 5 for each(152, 159, 164, 167, 167), 10 min cooldown(144), legs too tired on last interval to increase HR much, talked about Paul's new girlfriend, run, good workout overall, I actually like this one a lot
