Goo Test Out

Comments:
Down to MLK for a steady state and to test out Goo on the go to see how my stomach would react.

Felt ok with 5 @ about 6:00/ mile. Took the goo without water just after turning back. Stomach seemed to react ok, although I felt a stitch coming on towards the end. Not sure if it's worth using for the race.
