Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Easy run today. We lifted after and my quads were really sore so I didn't use as much weight for the squats. I actually forgot what's normal for me because I lost my lifting sheet a few weeks ago, so I just lift whatever now. I kinda doubt I'm gonna log my race at Manhattan.
