Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Good morning run at Mohican state Park. Trail running of course. We negative split the run by 5 minutes. pretty impressive especially since the way back was uphill. no idea on pace.

More importantly was our "float" trip later that afternoon. It was a four mile float/swim. We all started floating down the river but the problem was that the river was usually only a couple of inches deep in many places which made the floating thing hard. lead to many cuts all over my stomach. Therefore, we transitioned into hiking the rest of the four miles, after like a mile of floating. Problem was that we forgot bring shoes, making the walking a little more difficult. I never thought that I would have been wishing to be walking barefoot through mud. Still the best thing on this expedition was the rope swing. It was like a ten foot high rope over the water in this deep section of the river. Very cool. Thats about it.
