Comments:
Solid run yesterday. Felt absolutely amazing. Most likely from the day off on Saturday. Ran from the house to Red Rocks. The foliage is beautiful. It was stunning running through the park. On my way back, I stopped at the track and did 4x200m strides. Ran about 5:20 pace. Legs felt great.
