Workout was short so it wasn't too bad. I was a little intimidated by the pace we were assigned because it seemed a lot faster than last year, but it was fine. I was just a second slow on most of them. The fast reps were hard for me. I wasn't really sure how much faster I could go for the three reps because my 400m pr is 74 seconds (yeah it's that slow). I decided to just not worry about it. I couldn't keep up with Lizzy, Char, Zo, and Grace on those three but Grace slowed down during the recovery after the 8th rep and finished the last two with me.
