Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Its full on night run season now. Ran after I got home from the career panel at CUMIRP which is always a good time, gets people pumped up about the future, but seems like that is in no shortage now. I was determined to log some miles today, looking for that balance to keep things moving forward and efficient. Got home and got right to it. Nice night, t shirt weather. Just cruized. Noticed midway through that I wasnt focused on the run so I tried to zone in and appreciate what I was doing and that helped. Legs felt surprisingly good today. Hard to keep a real efficient pace in the dark though. Finished up strong as well.
Essentials: Stretch
Just an easy stretch when I got back, chatting with the crew and rehydrating. Felt pretty thirsty during the run, moving around today must have disrupted that. Overall legs kinda sore actually, but its a good sore, and its probably from lifting on Sunday.
