Comments:
Slept IN - like 'til nearly 10! Got up, got ready for the photo shoot, then finally got out for a run. Did the standard from the house: the neighborhood, to SBMS (1+mi), but then just under three miles of barefoot. Felt good - not too stiff & tired - and got under 7:00 pace. Splits:

Ran easy home.

Rest of the day:
- coffee at Allan Bros with CA
- FILM & PHOTOS at Mudra (kind of annoying, but done)
- quick lift at Oakway
- Beer with Mark Ouellette at Coldfire: another private practice PT owner in town. Really nice guy
- home for dinner with CA

Solid day.
