Comments:
Waited for a bike for a while and did strength with Somo while we waited. Once I got a bike though, my hip started hurting a bit after 15 mins so I just stopped because I was gonna be late anyway.

Strength:
In Practice: Planks (1:00), PLL (10 per), Clams (2*20 per), Straight leg clams (20)
Waiting for bike: 2 sets of: leg throws (25), Bench (10: 10lbs, 4lbs), Pike Tuck leg lifts (12), Tricep Dips (10), Inverted Situps (10)
Also, a lot of arm strength in PE
