Title is because we were elves which reminded me of house elves which reminded me of Dobby!
Had a really bad day, but then a terrific workout and I still feel so so good right now!!! Had awful cramps on the run to AU, but rested for a minute before starting drills, and they didn't bother me again. We did a ladder (200, 400, 800, 400, 200) and I felt really strong on all of them which is such a welcome change!!! Shins hurt a bit as always, but not so much on the actual pickups. I think I paced them all pretty well, so I'm proud of that. I just had a really good group and had some nice chats on our cool downs in between pickups and on the way back, and AHHH I just felt so good and it felt so nice to feel so good! And if you can't tell, it put me in a really good motivated mood. I think if I'm able to do one or two more good runs this week, I can PR for the season on Saturday, and maybe even overall. I'm excited to see!!!
