Comments:
Planned in the run today. Came at a good time, very stressed this morning and after a mini anxiety attack I needed something to refresh and calm down. Got into a smoother work groove then came home early afternoon. It was nice, honestly spring time weather out. Legs were very heavy, but I just kept rolling with it and eventually I felt much smoother and comfortable. Kept up the pace for the most part up the hill then coasted down. It was nice first run in a while where my head wasnt spinning in research thought. I needed that release and break. Finished up strong down the hill as the sun began to set.

Essentials: Stretch

Had to stretch real good but it was hard. I feel very tight and stiff. The Matrix was on too the beginning part which is cool. Yeah I had to watch it for a little bit. Good run today.
