Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Have not run on a Thursday in a long long time, so this was great. Tough day feeling tired from staying up late last night, so I kinda putzed around until it was getting dark out. Ran from the parking lot to the gym, and then the weather was fine but I couldnt see much. Instantly hopped on the treadmill and got going. Its been a while and it wasnt too bad. I couldnt really see there either so I just focused on zoning out and relaxing into the running rhythm. I sped up too and got a little turnover, which has been missing lately. After 2 on the treadmill, hopped on the track for an easy mile. That got boring fast too, so I made my way back to the treadmill for one more. Hopping back and forth is probably good for the legs too since neither of those surfaces are very good. I was drenched in sweat and wanted to make it back to the car before it got too cold out, so I hopped right off and made my way back to the parking lot. Finished up feeling worked which is great.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Stretch and roll and a quick snack when I got home. I didnt want to wait around the parking lot too long. Didnt tighten up that much which it good. IT feels tight overall afterwards. Guess Im still feeling tired need to catch up this weekend since next weeks seems to be shaping up to be pretty eventful and I want to stay on track with the work and progress.
