Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Workout. 2x(10x300m) starting at 3k pace and working down. First set was approximately 52 seconds each. Had 45 seconds and 100m jog as recovery. That went by quickly. 3 minutes rest in between sets. On the second set I was running about 51-52 seconds so I got a little faster. Had to use the bathroom/was fatigued so I cut the last two. Technically I did 18 total. Overall, solid day though
