Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Fast walked to school (because I realized at the last minute that I didn't have a ride), which took twice as long as I thought it would, but I still only got there a minute late. Warmup and then short run with Mia and Thea because I didn't want to hurt my shins too much before racing. Felt slow and tired despite waking up at 11:30 yesterday and 11:00 today. Then did 2 striders and 10 extra minutes on the elliptical. Excited for tomorrow!!!
