The third floor was so crowded I had to go down to the second actually. Did some similar stuff, back feels much stronger now. Abs was also a good call thats been feeling weak and flabby lately. All that chinese food goes straight to the gut. Workout was:

3 sets of:
Straight Leg Deadlift x10 (60 lbs)
Goblet Squat x10 (30 lbs)

DB Shoulder Press x10 (20 lbs)
DB Bench Press x10 (20 lbs)
