8x1K on the track. Finished 6 complete K's. The 6th and 8th ones I needed the bathroom and had to job inside. Those 800's were (2:28, 2:28). The times were 3:15, 3:12, 3:10, 3:08, 3:08, 2:28, 3:08, 2:28. Rest was 2:30m and 200 meters.
