Comments:
Got a good night sleep but still feeling a little groggy and achy, throat kinda sore maybe a cold is going around again. Got in a little nap before heading out. Weather crisp and perfect today, nice enough to be comfortable in a long sleeve. Felt slowish on the way out but it went by. I hit almost every crosswalk so I didnt need to stop at all. On the way back, actually felt faster and smoother. Good stuff made me feel better than I was last night. Legs fine too not achy or tight.

Essentials: Stretch

Stretched when I got back, but thats when I was starting to feel tight. Hard to stretch all the way out. For the runs I did this week, decent efforts and mileage which is nice to see.
